RATES
Rates are subject to change throughout the year. Rates will be confirmed at the time of reservation. Taxes are not included (daily local stay tax is €1.30 per person and per night).
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Please read our terms and conditions before making a reservation.
All reservations are subject to a deposit of 30% of the total price, to be paid by credit card. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The minimum deposit is equals to the price of the first night.
In all cases, a written confirmation of your reservation is sent to the email address you provided at the time of the booking.
If you intend to pay the deposit by bank transfer, you shall guarantee the payment at the time you make the booking by providing us with your card details. No reservation shall be confirmed without your card information. Please note that the remaining amount of the reservation is to be paid on the date of arrival. If the bank transfer is not executed, then the same conditions apply as for cancellation (see below): any chargeable fees are debited from the card used for securing the booking.
Reservation fees amounting to €6 (six EUR) are charged and debited at reservation time. Reservation fees are not refundable and are separate from any fees charged when cancelling a stay.
Conditions on cancellation of Room RESERVATIONS
In case you cancel your room reservation, cancellation fees are chargeable as follows:
* If the cancellation is made between eight days and 48 hours prior to the arrival date: the cancellation fees amount to 30% of the total stay.
* If the cancellation is made between less than 48 hours prior to arrival and the date of arrival: the cancellation fees amount to the rate applied on the first night.
* If the cancellation is registered during the stay: the cancellation fees amount to rate of the coming night.
In case of cancellation or no show on the date of arrival: the total amount to be paid for the whole stay is due and may be charged to the credit card.
NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION INDEMNITY IS DUE:
* When cancelling or not using any special services you have ordered either at the time of reservation/during your stay, or fees included in Package or flat price for groups (for example, breakfast, etc.).
* In case of early departure for any reason including force majeure, or changes in plans, or personal convenience.
ACOMMODATION and LUGGAGE
Check-in time: 2.00pm
Check-out time: 11.00am.
On the departure day, the room must be vacated no later than 11.00am, otherwise an extra night will be invoiced.
For clients staying for a long period, please note that the room cleaning service is not available after 12:00pm. Make sure that our cleaning staff can access your room during the morning and no later than 12:00pm.
In case of any damage in the room caused by the Guest shall be invoiced for the repairs.
The Hotel OXO cannot be held responsible in case of theft or damage to the Client’s luggage if left unattended in the common hotel space or in the Guest’s unlocked room.
Annulment clause / CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT
The hotel owner is fully entitled to annul the accommodation contract without obligation to pay compensation of any kind to the client due to an event that constitutes a case of force majeure or when operation in conformity with the usual professional standards is made impossible for any reason beyond the control of the hotel owner, as when the reopening of the hotel is postponed or is prevented (because of a disaster of any kind, or because the roads to access the hotel are closed), or if the client has not made payments due.
LITIGATION AND CONFLICTS
The resolution of any dispute relative to the understanding or the execution of the contract when there is no amicable settlement will be arbitrated before the Commercial court nearest to the hotel.
